Mission Statement
We Koreans -- born in the USA or Korea, immigrated to the USA, and extended families through birth, heritage, marriage, or adoption -- want to keep Korean identity in the Central Pennsylvania community.

The CPKA will accomplish this MISSION by serving as a:
    
1) community gathering "place" by coordinating events that continue to build friendships with American society and to enhance mutual understanding of different ethnic groups and their cultures;

2) main information channel by establishing connections through promotion of the activities, opportunities, and needs of area groups and individuals via print and online publications;
    
3) visible presence and voice in the community by developing constructive relationships with other racial and ethnic groups, area institutions responsible for educational and cultural events, and the media.
